This past weekend, a few of our Performing Diaspora artists gave audiences a sneak peek on how their work’s progressing.  It was incredible to see how far they’ve come in these past few months, and we’re excited to see the final performance!    Check out videos of their performance on YouTube – CounterPULSE has a page all of its own : http://www.youtube.com/user/counterpulse.

Lily — and the public at large!

I just want to congratulate you Lily on these youtube interviews! They are amazing little gems in and of themselves. You really captured the spirit of inquiry and the essentialness of each artist in a short span of time with very simple tools (which makes it even more captivating!).

I also love, for instance, that you can hear Adia Whitaker’s group rehearsing in the background to Prum’s interview. Wonderful!!

Kudos to you. What a wonderful archive and way to share the treasure of Performing Diaspora!
