We’re hiring two part-time associate level positions to be part of our creative, equity-minded, and hard-working team of professional art administrators:
Presenting Associate
Help us bring CounterPulse’s acclaimed seasons of events to life! You will be supporting the program and technical theater team to devise all of our shows and events and support of our community of artists.
Development & Communications Associate
Help us tell the story of CounterPulse through creative outreach and engagement strategies. You will be supporting our fundraising intiatives, building new audiences, and developing creative content.

Benefits for each position include:

- Part-time hourly position, 25 hours/week, $25/hr
- 1-year position: August 2023 – July 2024 with opportunity for extension.
- 100% Health and Dental benefits; eligibility begins 30 days following the date of hire and the insurance becomes effective on the 1st of the following month
- Generous holiday, vacation & sick leave policy
- Year 1 benefits can be used beginning 90 days after hire to allow time for cross-training, though they accrue from day 1
- 12 Paid Holidays, a Paid Birthday, and a Personal Wellness Day
