Interim Managing Director
The Interim Managing Director (IMD) will provide steady executive leadership during a critical transition following the 2025 departure of the long-time Artistic & Executive Director. Partnering closely with the Director of Finance & Administration, the IMD will conduct a rigorous health check of internal operations and revenue streams, providing the Board with the fiscal and operational clarity needed to stabilize the organization and prepare for successor leadership.
