Reflecting on Albert Camus’ investigation of free will in L’Étranger (The Stranger), Lisa Townsend questions the troubling impenitence experienced by Camus’ protagonist, Mersault. Indifference delivers a moving dancetheater commentary on cruelty, remorse, and the societal burdens imposed on cultural outsiders — strangers.

There is nothing understated or apologetic about MASTERWORK. It’s a self obsessed, introspective piece of nightlife-influenced experimental performance that endeavours to magnify the ego of the artist. In the words of the artist Mica Sigourney, “MASTERWORK is the most important performance of our generation and time, created and directed by one of the most important performers/artists of our generation and time.” Enough said.
