Contact Improvisation Fundamentals and Flourishes with René Alvarez
In this class series we will investigate our architectural patterns, habits and choices. By Increasing sensitivity and awareness of different options we will open up the possibility for spontaneous flying and dynamic level changing. In addition to the challenging material of deep somatic reprogramming, we will ramp up the fun factor with playful and flowful scores of contact kung fu and wrestle dancing. All levels of experience are welcome.
