Operations Manager

About you: You are someone who is passionate about bringing order to information and the physical environment – you think label makers are fun, to say the least. You enjoy envisioning new systems and structures, and you possess excellent organizational skills. You feel at home in a spreadsheet. You appreciate the variety of working in a fast-pace, small theater. You are excited to contribute meaningfully to the evolving character of a lively, growing arts organization as we grow into our new home.

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day financial administration and coordination of our programs, Human Resources, and general operations. This position reports to the Executive Director.

This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) salaried position starting in January or February 2017.

Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager (FM) oversees the operation of our theater and facilities. This position requires both administrative management and hands-on maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, solid technical theater skills, and the desire to participate in shaping the evolving character of a lively and growing arts organization. The FM reports to the Producing Director.

This is a half-time (20 hrs/week) salaried positionstarting in January or February 2017.
