About Liz Tenuto

In addition to making her own work with Dance and a Half, Liz choreographs for theater, nightlife and works collaboratively with artists from other mediums. She is the first recipient of FACT/SF’s JuMP Commission and is currently Artist-In-Residence at CounterPulse. Liz teaches dance technique with the ODC Teen Program. Collaborating Artists

Atosa Babaoff (performer) received her MFA from The American Conservatory Theater. She is a classically trained actor and has performed with Berkeley Rep, A.C.T., The Magic Theater, Marin Theater Co. and with smaller notable companies.

Esme Kundanis-Grow (performer) is a San Francisco based choreographer, performer and dance teacher. She has presented her choreography locally at ODC, Dance Mission Theatre, KUNST-STOFF Arts, and The Garage. She currently performs for Liz Tenuto/DanceandaHalf, Pearl Marill/Modern on Command, and Mix’d Ingrdnts. She teaches dance through San Francisco Arts Education Project, Brisbane Dance and Theatre Workshop, ODC, and Rhythm and Motion Dance Workout Program. (www.ekgrow.com)

Courtney Russell (performer) is a LINES BFA graduate who has danced professionally with Sierra Nevada Ballet and The Pittsburg Ballet Theater.

Rebecca Siegel (performer) studied at the Fundación Cristina Hereen in Sevilla, Spain and has performed in the Bay Area with Yaelisa’s Caminos Flamencos, Holly Shaw and Melissa Cruz. She is a member of the Living Arts Playback Theatre Ensemble. She has co-facilitated a theatre program at San Quentin and has a B.A. in theatre.

Ben Juodvalkis (composer) has composed more than 50 pieces for dance companies across the United States, and recently expanded into film scoring, interactive museum installations, and musical theater. Additionally, Ben has released 5 albums and toured extensively with his rock band Battlehooch.
